Appearance: A tiny dot millimeters wide, generally hard to notice
 

What it does: The user is able to place a miniscule seal on an object or creature they are touching directly. The only effect of this jutsu is that the user can sense the location of their chakra on the seal within 5 meters.

it would work as a "conduit" by serving as a beacon or transmitter of sorts for other jutsu, but that seems beyond the scope of an E rank so I am taking that out (edited)
