Tobi was lying in his bed on hi back looking atghe ceiling of his apartment. It had been some days since he studied his fuinjutsu scrolls. There was a particular fuinjutsu seal he had been wanting to learn. He remembered it being called Mark Seal. By putting the seal on someone you could feel where they were. Tobi hopped out of his bed and grabbed the scroll that was nearby. He decided he would just go outside to try to the seal. He found a dog and started to chase it which was hard because the dog was pretty fast. After what seemed like hours of chasing the dog Tobi finally had cought it and touched it. In a brief second the seal had formed with weird drawings like all fuinjutsu seals. He hit the dog on the but and it went running. Tobi smirked saying silently" you will not get that far ". He headed back home for some lunch because you can't chase a dog on a empty stomach. After thirty minutes of eating he left his house and went back out side to find the dog. He began to feel the dog's chakra in the eastern part of Fanzaku. He did not bother to run so he simply walked along the trail.
He arrived where the chakra signal was tingling and saw the dog lying down fast asleep. Tobi smiled because he perfected the seal. He headed back home ready to find another scroll so he could learn a new jutsu.
