Appearance: It is a simple seal, two inches in diameter at it's largest. The simple black ink will change shape depending upon the emotion currently being used.
What it does: Upon being placed upon the target's body the user will be able to shift their emotional state. Essentially it is not very useful by itself, and anyone may resist the emotion being forced upon them if they still have the willpower. This allows the user to change the target's emotional state at any time, it can only be applied once per thread to one person. However the emotion can only be switched every four posts the target makes. Must have at least C rank willpower to resist

Bonus Requirements: One must be able to join their soul with their chakra in order to form this seal.

| this is a potentially extremely powerful jutsu for an E rank. first thing I need you to do is take away the rank requirement all together. rank has nothing to do with resists on this site. second the jutsu needs a power and the normal power for an E rank is 10, as this is resisted by will power I would say a willpower over 50 reisists the effects. also you range needs to be touch to apply the seal. | |
