What it does:
The user expells a burst of chakra from their feet, launching them 10M in any direction at a speed equal to their locomotive speed.

The user surrounds their arm with a shroud of lightning, increasing it's damage.

They Then slam their arm into their opponent's throat.

The Lightning around their arm is discharged doing B-Ranked Damage.

Then the actual physical hit, occursing doing damage equal to the user's strength.

Backstory:The Lightning Release: Lariat is a powerful taijutsu technique whereby the user charges at his opponent, striking them with a Lariat move, which can be coated in chakra. A successful strike can blow away a target's entire chest with a direct hit. The attack is rather straightforward, but very quick, powerful and is easily capable of knocking down an opponent.
