 What it does: After performing the hand seals Ox → Rabbit → Monkey or Monkey → Dragon → Rat → Bird → Ox → Snake → Dog → Tiger → Monkey, the user channels a large amount of lightning chakra in one of their hands and charges, intending to strike a target. This jutsu may be used to paralyze an opponent upon contact for 2 posts instead of piercing them to cause injury. A target may resist being paralyzed with A rank health or higher. The high concentration of electricity also makes a sound like birds chirping which is where the technique gets its name.

Due to the channeling of lightning chakra through the body to the hand the user is also granted a +1 rank in locomotive speed.
