What it does:
After performing the hand seals Snake-Rat-Snake-Tiger, the user spews forth a cloud of gunpowder ash mix at an opponent or opponents up to 40 meters wide, 10 meters tall and 40 meters away from the user on the first post. On the second post the user ignites the gunpowder mix for a large scale explosion at a speed of B and strength of B. This jutsu can be used as a smoke screen to conceal the user's movements as well as an attack.
