Appearance:

A round ,dark red explosion with an orange outline. In the end of the jutsu,it will disappear like dust.


  

What it does: The user will perform the handsigns: Ram,Horse,Ram,Dog,Horse. Then the user will hold out their hand and stare at a spot in a 5 meter distance. A spark will appear where they stare at,and 750 milliseconds later,a round ,small,but deadly,explosion will occur. It will not cause any damage to the Earth unless directly targeted at it. The spark is a chance for a character with at least 40 speed to escape.

Backstory:

Yeah take out that may it be cancelled stuff and 40 speed to escape, the maxiumum stat cap for a Jutsu is 50 (at b rank)

The explosion also needs a range. And like Hikari said, speed and power cant be above 50 for B rank

That was a typo, sorry. Explosion needs a detonation range (not where you make it happen, like how far it expands)

I have a detonation range....the explosion range.. .

"Stare at a spot in a 5m distance"
= the explosion occurs within 5m of you. I see nothing on how big the explosion is
