A powerful Space-Time jutsu has failed miserably and now it has created a rip in the fabric of the universe allowing brand new things to enter the world of Naruto. One such thing are the Dragons capable of communicating with human speech through telepathy and have a tendency to adopt and train Ninja as their own. These Ninja are becoming well known across the shinobi world and are called
Dragon Slayers.
Dragon Slayers are quickly becoming some of the most powerful Ninja on the planet. Do you have what it takes to be one?
Rules

° There can only be 1 of each type of
Dragon Slayer° Must be claimed on limited list.
°
Dragon Slayers get their element free and it takes the place of a Bijuu element if it isn't one of the 5 basic elements. If it is one of the 5 basic elements it MUST be their first element.

Dragon Slayers are given a free dragon familiar that can control the corresponding element of the
Dragon Slayer. The dragon familiar is allowed a maximum of 5 abilities, such as breath attacks or high speed movement, that cost chakra. The dragon may have an unlimited number of passive abilities. Passive abilities are things such as a roar, flying or swimming that have no other effect. In addition to the 5 abilities, the dragon gets 1 free ability that allows them to communicate through human speech telepathically with anyone up to 30 meters away, anyone they have met before up to 1 mile away and communicate with their
Dragon Slayer up to 2 miles away. This ability can be used to link multiple people to communicate telepathically through the dragon within a 50 meter range of everyone linked this way.

Dragon Slayers have a passive ability to eat their corresponding element to gain back chakra equal to two jutsu of their rank. Light DS may eat sunlight or another light producing source. Shadow DS eat shadows. Sky DS may eat wind or the normal air we breathe. They must eat their element from an outside source and can not eat their own jutsu/ability. In addition to this passive ability,
Dragon Slayers gain the ability to heal themselves through eating their corresponding element. It costs a C rank amount of chakra to heal from minor wounds such as cuts, gashes and small breaks. It takes an A rank amount to heal from major/fatal wounds.
° If a Dragon Slayer attempts to eat any other element they immediately become sick and can not move for 5 posts. However, if a Dragon Slayer eats another Dragon Slayer's specific element jutsu from a Dragon Slayer, they gain access to that element for 5 posts. After the 5 posts they immediately become sick and can perform little to no movement for 10 posts. After the topic, the Dragon Slayer can gain access to a 'mode' for both their element and the new element by training to access it for 3000 words. This mode gives the DS one rank upgrade in one sub-stat, as well as access to the new element IN THIS MODE ONLY. This mode can freely be turned on and off. This is limited to absorbing only 1 DS element per character. This cost a B rank amount of chakra to maintain.
° Any player that holds a
Bijuu may not claim a
Dragon Slayer position.
° Dragon familiars can not be sealed within a player for any reason but other seals such as Chakra sealing or Ability sealing seals may still be used.

Dragon Slayers are immune to any and all attacks or jutsu that solely consist of their element.
°
Dragon Slayers have access to an ability called
Dragon Force.
Dragon Force gives the
Dragon Slayer one rank in locomotive and reaction speed along with health and regains the chakra capacity of 2 jutsus their rank, the user gains dragon characterisitcs such as wings, claws, and fangs. Claws and fangs have a sharpness stat equal to the user's strength and fly at the user's speed stat. This ability must be unlocked through 3500 of an extreme emotional trigger whether it be anger, sorrow, joy etc. Once initially unlocked, the
Dragon Slayer may turn this ability on and off at will. This ability drains one B rank amount of chakra per post used. There is no cooldown for this ability.
