Appearance: When jutsu is used the user will cast his hands over his mouth spitting out four Fox like shapes in the form of storm release, this ability takes the properties of shooting out a fireball from the mouth however it takes a physical form in the shape of a fox as if running at the opponent in the air, the foxes are Blue in full form. Unlike the fireball this jutsu takes the properties of storm, the coloration is due to water swimming around the body with a conduction of electricity surging through.
 

What it does:
This jutsu allows the user to spit out four Foxes in the form of storm release to attack the user, each fox takes the full size of four feet.  When the attack connects the opponent has the likely hood of being paralyzed from the shock of the attack or taking imediate damage to the body.  This jutsu attacks in the form of four foxes as if running in the air at the opponent, however upon impact the bodies will shatter into water releasing the lightning current within of which will connect to the water that burst open as if like a homing beacon to where it should attack. Resistance of the paralysis of one post is to have strength equal to or higher than C rank. The resistance of the attack taking electrical damage is to have Lightning like element or Health equal to or higher than B rank. Each fox runs at the speed of C rank.  Because of the lightning current underneath the water to form the storm release like fox, the attack can not be frozen to current moving waters and electrical currents moving through.

Backstory:
The creation of the jutsu was created from mixing the storm element into the spirit of the Jotei clan, Fox. After watching various ninja using fire ball jutsu he decided to replicate it in the form of Foxes but with the element of Storm.

This is pretty much a 4x as many version of an A rank canon lightning jutsu.

Should probably use health not strength as a resist.

If you want this as a B, scale the speed down quite a bit or scale the power down, or reduce the number of foxes.
