Appearance: Almost invisible motes of dust, or small motes of light
History: This blood line was created by the vast chakra storm that changed the clan. It was both their strength, and their downfall.
What it does:
Base storm fly is a point of space-time based chakra that is barely visible as a speck of dust, and just about as useful. It moves at a speed equal to its user's chakra, and has a health equal to the user's chakra, which is also equal to the power at which they move. Upon character creation, the user has a progression tree of sorts they may follow:
