Special Abilities:
Dragon's Breath: Skilled Mist Release

Catalyst: As long as Hypalta is in contact with a Boil Release Jutsu she can use this ability. Rather than downgrading a person's health she can have the boil jutsu downgrade a different stat. A Rank cost. Same Duration as the move affected, and a 5 turn cooldown.

Mist Form: Hypalta can vaporize herself, she melts into a cloud of acidic gas for a single turn. The cloud is a meter in Diameter. Anything it comes into contact looses a rank in health. B Rank cost. 1 Turn Duration, 3 turn cooldown.

Excited Water, Calm Fire: Hypalta Flies like a missle into an opposing Jutsu (Either Fire or Water) Depending if it's a fire or water move she'll release an intense burst of Chakra out from her body, of the opposite nature. The opposing Jutsu is reduced to a harmless cloud of vapor. This move costs an amount equal to the Jutsu dispelled. This has a 2 turn cooldown

Mist Friend: Sometimes Hypalta get's lonely and needs a friend. She can cancel out any Boil Techniques early, and use the mist to create a clone of herself. The Clone Last until the end of the thread, and has the same stats, and abilites as Hypalta. S-Rank cost and a three turn cooldown. She also has to be in contact with the mist to activate this ability.


Passive Abilities:
anything that physically causes damage to Hypalta loses a rank in health for the rest of the thread. You know, acidic blood and all that.

Approved Unless I missed something

Change that passive ability to say anything that physically causes damage. Ie if someone uses a jutsu the jutsu itself would lose the health and not the user but if someone say punched the dragon then they themselves would lose health.
