Appearance: This specific weapon seems to not look like a weapon at all in fact it will look like an ordinary object to any other person.  The weapon takes the shape of a silver bracelet.  When Active the wearer will transform into the appearance of a bird, with dark feathers covering various parts of his or her body. His or her hair grows longer and is feather-like at the ends. He or she is adorned with a golden collar and gains a third eye on his or her forehead. He or she is able to control the wind (in a tornado form) from the palms of his or her hands hands..

Foraz Zora (Cleaving Wind)
Allows the user to tap into the weapons Chakra to summon two tornadoes around his or her hands, then combines them together over his or her head, throwing down an enormous tornado that can destroy a mountain. He or she is also able to manipulate wind on a smaller scale

This too also has the ability to increase users strength by two full ranks when active however it drains 2 full chakra ranks in the process which can't be used again till after a proper 2 day rest in character.

Backstory: It is said that Fakaroru used to be a skilled ninja in the arts of wind manipulation, he could summon tornados from the palm of his hand without using much chakra. However a certain ninja wanted the ability for himself, so he forced a metal band of which he gave the ninja as a present, the metal band possessed some extraordinary power of which sealed the ninja's soul within the band, after long the ninja who sealed him wore the band himself and would destroy ninjas with the tornado like power he got, but eventually at his death the item was hidden and never found again till it turned up yet again buried deep in the sand hidden amongst the sand village. Of which Yahiko would find later on his life. Once the band is put on on it can never be removed until the owner has died, as when the band is connected it is forever connected to the flow chakra of the ninja, thus cannot be removed until dead.
