Appearance:
Dormant Form: The appearance of the weapon is a standard cleaver sword with a pentagram on the hilt.
Active Form: Scales form around the hilt and handle with a red ruby in the center to connect the blade to it. When active who ever holds onto it takes on the appearance of a dragon and gets two horns and a jewel on his or her forehead and an elaborate necklace along with blue scale-like armor over parts of his or her body and a long tail.

When this this Metal Vessel is used, he or she draws lightning down from the sky. Once the lightning has been summoned and stored in the sword

Bararaq Inqerad-Saiqa (Lightning Sword of Extinction)
When this ability is used, an enormous lightning blast able to fill the sky with light is released. The blast is a 60 meter radious at an S rank Speed at the power of S rank in order to avoid one must have equal to or higher than S rank in both fields

Backstory: The story behind this blade is that a demon by the name of Baaru who took the form of a lightning dragon was sealed in a blade that would later be known to be forged from dragon scales. It is said that the blade chooses it's owner and will only activate to few, the owner will know the incantation without hesitation and will activate the lightning that is Baaru.
