Appearance: The appearance is dark like energy flowing through the hands which depending on the use it takes will spin clockwise or counter clockwise.
 

What it does: Clockwise Form: Causes the user to drain 1-3 C rank jutsu worth of chakra per post used be it elemental or not to infuse into ones own chakra flow, however it causes serious stress to the users mental capacity thus nearly causing them to go mentally insane. The effect also takes damage to the ninja's body once done decreasing the users health by one rank lower in the Health area of the stats. This can take a toll as in the next thread this effect will still be active and cause the user to be in danger, however after immediate rest health is regain, rest requires two full days in character

Counter Clockwise Form: Causes the user to exhale small to large amounts of chakra into a target elemental or not to infuse into another ninja or object to give life. However it also has the same dangerous effect as Clockwise form.

Backstory: Dark Medical ninjutsu was deemed forbidden as it generally caused physical harm to the users body, it could give life or take it and was generally used during dark times for illnesses and diseases but was soon forbidden by all villages of it's use however that does not stop most as only certain few know of how to perform such acts, and due to that Any ninja seen performing it do not get executed they are simply held on watch incase they see a threat to their village.

It needs to be stated how much chakra is drained/absorbed per post, ie drains 1 A rank from target per post used.

Also, you may decrease health by rank but not percent. We don't use percents here.

ehhh i meant the chakra you absorb for "absorbs 1 C rank per post" and the health thing like "lowers health 1 rank each thread this technique is used". Meaning, someone with A rank health who used this would have B rank health in the next thread
