Appearance: The appearance is dark like energy forming like a vacuum from the users mouth
What it does: This jutsu also the user to suck in a jutsu attack at a B rank Speed provided it is of the same rank as the jutsu itself and consume it to add more power to the chakra flow, much like the implantation technique it causes stress to the mentality state of the user as it is not their chakra they are consuming and will have to be immediately exhaled into another attack.

Backstory: This jutsu was deemed forbidden but was none the less practiced in ancient times as a form to counter elemental chakra jutsu at the risk of harming ones body. The creation was originally planned to permanently store chakra but soon would be known as dumb and insane as it would tear the body to shreads.
