Name of Mechanism: Chakra Infusion Sealing Tag
What it does: The Chakra Infusion Seal is a white paper tag 4 inches long by 2 inches wide with black fuin markings covering the tag. This tag is infused with some of the user's chakra, sealing the ability to use 1 of their elements into the tag, including advanced and bijuu elements. Any puppet with one of these tags may access the element infused into the tag for as long as the tag remains on the puppet. The tag has a health of (rank value). Upon purchasing this mechanism you need to state which element the tag is infused with. If the element has a manipulation ability the user must still pay the CP costs required.
