Missing-nin Rules

After the forming of official villages and rank systems, some ninja have continued to desert, defect or against these villages and village ninja. These ninja are called Missing-nin. All A rank and below Missing-nin will have their information in their starting village's Bingo Book while all known S rank and higher Missing-nin will have all available information on them recorded in every Bingo Book.




Their are multiple ways of becoming a Missing-nin, or MN for short, but the most common is to start as a MN. When starting as a MN, you MUST choose a starting village and then make your first thread in the borders of that country. For example, if a MN chose Tanzaku as their originating village, they must make their first thread in the Land of Fire borders. In order to become a MN instead of starting as one, you can do one or more of many different things ranging from leaving your village without permission and being branded a MN by the current Kage, committing crimes against your own or another village, or if your village has been destroyed and you meet the previous requirements of becoming a MN you may choose to do so. Missing-nin are ranked as E-Rank Missing-nin through S-Rank Missing-nin in equivalence with the Student through Master ranks, something to keep in mind when requesting a rank up or rank change as a MN. When becoming a MN and leaving your village for the first time, you MUST make an exiting thread and leave it open for 48 hours in which case anyone from the village may attempt to stop you.




The rules for entering villages and making threads with tags on them such as "no kill" and "private" are different for MN than normal village ninja. If a MN wishes to enter a village, they MUST make a post at the village gate or entrance and wait for someone to post allowing them in. If 48 hours have passed and no one has posted allowing entrance, the MN may enter the village. Missing-nin may not make any threads with "private", "invite only" or "no kill" tags unless they are in the hideouts area of the forum. The hideouts area is separate part of the forum like a village for missing-nin. There MN may create or use a hideout, train, purchase and sell items on the black market, gather information on bounties and villages as well as other things.
