What it does: This technique blasts a torrent of poisonous liquid at a target up to 30 meters away. The liquid is blasted forth from the user's mouth or hands and takes the form of a cylindrical blast 1 ft wide. The poison blasts forth at a speed of 50 and anyone that comes into contact with the poison who's health is less than the power of this jutsu will lose 2 health each post afterward unless the poison is extracted by medical jutsu. Anyone who's health is higher than this jutsu's power will be unaffected.
At the time this jutsu is cast, it allows the user to simultaneously cast another jutsu of C rank or lower without the need of handseals and without paying the CP cost for the jutsu.
