What it does: Mind Control, being an advanced version of Thought Delve, allows Jace to completely enter the minds of up to 5 targets at one time. While using this technique Jace has access to any jutsu that requires Thought Delve to be used and can use them on all targets who's mind he has entered using this technique. This technique also allows him to see every memory the effected targets have ever had.
In addition to allowing Jace the previous abilities, Mind Control allows Jace to either completely immobilize any target effected by this technique for 1 post or control their movements to a limited degree. This technique does NOT allow him to completely manipulate the target's bodies, HOWEVER he can manipulate them enough to make a jutsu miss its intended target or adjust the aim of a weapon, wielded or thrown, so that it misses its target. If Jace has entered the mind of an ally through this technique and they are willing, he can manipulate their entire body so as to avoid an attack they would otherwise be unable to dodge, adding +2 ranks to their locomotive speed and reaction speed.
Usage Note: Any target effected by this jutsu will not be aware of Jace inside their mind unless he immobilizes or manipulates their movements. Targets may resist being immobilized or manipulated by this technique with a Willpower stat higher than this jutsu's power.

Backstory: Through a lot of practice and training, Jace has discovered new heights to his telepathy abilities, allowing him not only the ability to enter multiple people's minds at once but also the ability to manipulate their bodies to a small degree.
