Backstory: The Mind Gem is one of six gems. Each one was created to hold a mysterious power that no mere mortal can control!

Special Abilities:

Mental Power: The Mind Gem grants the user a +1 increase to Willpower. Due to the gems power, the ability is given without the expense of any chakra. It does, however, have a cool-down and a period in which it can grant the power.

The user may only be granted the boost for a total of six posts and must wait six posts before using the power again.

If the user wishes to use more power and gain a +2 increase, instead of +1, they must give C-Rank per post active. Same cool-down.

Mind Reading: The gem has the ability to read the minds of those in a 10m radius at the expense of B-Rank Chakra. Only those with willpower lower than the user can be affected.

Control: Shinobi with a Willpower stat lower than the user's, are open to mind control if they are touched by the user. The mind control only lasts three posts. During this period the user cannot make the controlled maim themselves or kill themselves. To control one, the user is taxed an S-Rank.
