Imagine your fingers lit on fire combined with Kakashi's signature move,the 1000 Years of Death.
  

What it does:
The only exception between this and the normal counterpart is that your fingers are on fire. The user will perform the tiger handsign and then use their chakra to lit their fingers on fire. Then they will.....poke the enemies butt. This will cause minor burns to the bottom. Also adds 30 speed.

Taijutsu don't have speed, they boost the users stats. Just say that it adds 30 spee in which it does and put N/A in Base, otherwise its good
