A meeting with the Kazekage! The Hell did Vladimir Do

Vladimir would walk into the Kazekages office. He didn’t know why he was here but he remembered he was being called. At this point he was a chuunin with a few years of experience and he was slowly specializing in the field of Interrogation and he felt it was a useful skill especially in the field.. so how did he end up here again oh yeah he was practicing his torture and interrogation techniques by attacking where nerves would be on the human body. So as he did this he was interrupted by the Anbu who said the Kazekage wanted to see him. He followed the female Anbu lazily. Now normally Vladimir would be hitting on her he loved getting under Anbu's skin but then again if he ever did make it into Anbu and she was still there she would kill him.
As he found himself in the kazekage's office he knocked on the door. Should he be given some form of approval he would follow the anbu in as usual procedure required that is so that wanted individuals and summoned personnel don’t escape. So he would enter and run a hand through his short gray hair. It seemed to defy gravity in how it spiked randomly. Most thought he used hair gel until they actually saw the hair bend and move as he ran a hand through his hair. He had dark golden eyes promising pain if someone were to piss him off. He was wearing a black jacket with a mesh shirt under it. Through the mesh once could see a flurry of tattoos all of which connected his arms together. Lastly he was dressed n his lower body with Black Jeans sagged a little bit to allow a bit more movement and two belts that overlapped. And the usual ninja sandals.

Kikato heard the knock and he sent his sand to open the door, and as it opened the Anbu escorted the boy in, and the sand retreated back to the gourd in the corner behind the door, His hat was on today as he was wearing it due to professional standerds, Kikato would walk around the desk and looked at the boy, he was just finishing reading the boys file and then he waved the Anbu to leave, with a bow they disappeared into puffs of smoke and leaves, Kikato was left standing there with the kid, and then he spoke for the first time to the kid " So I heard some rather interesting things about you, but something it doesn't tell me is goals, aspirations, so tell me, What is your dream in life? Goals? from the most minor, to the biggest ones" Kikato would fold his arms as he looked to the kid, the hat seemed to cover his eyes tho, but that was to simply throw people off, Kikato would still see, thanks to a little bloodline ability to his

Vladimir looked at the kazekage. He really didnt care about all the minor little details. But the question was interesting so he would ustify it with a more truthful response before he asked what was on his mind. “I would like to master my Afinity to Wind.As for my other goals They are personal but one I chose to reveal is to Make it into Anbu to better rotect my loved ones. Then again I dont have any of those. Hmm, Now my question to you What have you heard of me?” he raised his eyebrow and tried to think of what he could have let loose. And how much damage control he would have to do. Then again he could always be in here for something good like a mission he loved those. “oh and Why was I called Lord Kazekage”

Kikato would sigh softly as the kid went on about personal and not wanting to reveal, and the few he did divulge Kikato would nod, and he would then hear the questions asked by the kid, and so Kikato smirked saying to the kid "I know all about you, Missions, teams, Actions, its all recorded in your file, which I just finished reading, jutsu you have shown knowledge of knowing, your elemental Affinity, the preferred weapon of yours, the clan you are from, the bloodline flowing through your veins, Now, as for wanting to get stronger to protect your loved ones, Admirable, but foolish, always with to protect yourself first, cause if you cant protect yourself, how can you protect anyone else, and as for why you were called here.." His Smirk Grew and he threw the kids words right back at him "Is Personal and I don't wish to reveal at this time" Kikato would give it a few moments to sink in.

Then Suddenly the Sand in the gourd sprung to life, blocking the exit, making sure the door was both closed and staying that way, Kikato looked at the kid as he stepped forward, and eventually he was looking down at the kid "So I ask you, what are your dreams, what do you wish to learn? what do you mean by Mastering your Affinity for Wind?" Kikato stared down, one Piercing Blue eye, the other a single Yellow eye

He raised an eyebrow and took a moment to think about what as said. This man though he knew everything about him yet he was asking for something. That was weird and odd in and of itself. so he figured hed humor the man atleast for now so as he made haste to try and figure this out in his mind he would respond slowly and say "to me Mastering something is taking it to new heights never heard of before. and As for what i wish to learn that is yet to be determined by an indecisive person such as myself one day it coud be Kenjutsu the next Ninjutsu. I vary by the day so I can stay on my toes." He would start an act to try and keep up the aspiration ninja idea and avoid any suspicion that should the kage himself go evil he would be there to stop it if he could. Afterall there was only one person that he thought was allowed to do that in this village

Kikato would roll his shoulders for a moment, and then suddenly in his hand formed a Giant Shuriken, made of pure wind chakra, the Rasenshurkien formed in his hand and He looked at the Kid "This is the Current Epitome of Wind Jutsu, The Rasenshuriken, This is your ultimate goal I assume, So Lets see your Current Level of Knowledge of the Wind Element and its jutsu" The Rasenshuriken Faded, and Kikato took a couple of steps back, he tilted his head at the kid waiting

Vladimir would raise an eyebrow and shrug before saying making a few handsigns. and then he would stop in the middle and say "With all do respect i learned only one jutsu of the element the rest is just the control exercises here and there but the one air jutsu i know i use in different ways then usual" He would then make the bird hand sign and Say "Wind Style"Air bullet." he would channel enough chakra to his lungs and as he exhaled he would fire two small air bullets . he would then take another breath and leave himself able to speak again"but that is as much as i will show you."(sorry its late)
