What it does: Restore reverses the time of a certain object specified by a user in a 70m radius, moving it back to how it was originally, however things can only be reversed fully if they were destroyed or damaged by an attack who's power is less than this jutsu's. For example a tree that was fell by a 20 power attack could be brought back to its original state, however if it was fell by a 90 power it would be brought back to around when it began to fall, the jutsu not having enough power to reverse the item's timeline back to when it was unharmed. Also, items that are unable to be fully stopped retain the speed they were going at, a tree branch that was going at 100 speed is still going at 100 speed due to the timeline only reversing its current position
