jutsu rules

Each rank of jutsu is limited in the power it can possess. The power allowed for each rank of jutsu is listed below.

E- Up to 10 in each stat field
D- Up to 20 in each stat field
C- Up to 40 in each stat field
B- Up to 50 in each stat field
A- Up to 70 in each stat field
S- Up to 100 in each stat field
SS- Up to 200 in each stat field

Reminder, the Up to is Dependant upon the abilities of the jutsu, if some abilities are way out there, then the power needs to be drawn back a bit


10,20,40 what ?? just numbers I don't understand what it is all about and how would it effect your health  like my health is 20 so one D-rank jutsu would kill me ?????

No, you're good. What this means is:

A D-Rank Jutsu possesses 20 power. So if you use an offensive technique, like a Fireball, it can only hold a maximum of 20. Another example would be if you're using a technique to boost your speed, you can only boost the Speed stat by 20.

Where an A-Rank technique would grant at max a 70 stat increase and hold a maximum 70 energy output.

Yeah, say you have a jutsu called "Speed Racer" you'd be able to gain a boost of 20 for the Speed stat. That's only if it's a D-Rank. If it was a B-Rank, you'd be able to gain up to 50. You cannot exceed the limit. So you can't go pass 50 if you're making a B-Rank jutsu.
