| Name: Elite Response Unit (ERU)
Upgrade Type: Defense, offense
Appearance: This is a squad of 3 Ninja generically dressed with the villages signature ninja garb.
What it Does: this grants the city a squad of 3 A rank ninja that act as a group and are controled by the VIllage Leader or the first Authority (player character) on the scene passing command to the highest Ranked ninja in attendence. For each payment of 10,000 ryo the squad can learn 3 A rank or lower jutsu to be used in defense of the city (This payment can only happen 3 times per squad.) A village may only have 3 of these squads MAX. Squad Stats and Jutsu are to be placed on the village defenses page in a spoiler. Every memeber of a squad has the same stats and the same jutsu. squad stats are chosen at time of puchase. 175 stats total.
If the village they are defending has Additional programs/training methods then they may be trained in those ways IE Alchemists and Jedi
