What it does: There are three steps to this jutsu. Each involving enhancing the user further.

The first of these steps is channeling lightning chakra throughout the body, aiming the chakra specifically at all the nerve cells. Thankfully, this is done easily with the right knowledge, and once the user uses it for the first time, it becomes easier and easier to use. (This is solely for training purposes, does not affect battle unless the user decides it does for the battle.) The nerve cells, being enhanced directly from lightning chakra, respond far faster, and become far more receptive to information. This occurs all over the body, enhancing the senses as well as the reaction and thought time of the user.

The second step is a far more esoteric event than the first, requiring understanding of the nature of physical dimensions. This stage involves binding one's lightning chakra to the natural electrons in the world, creating a close bind with spacetime alterations. This enhances the strength of Spacetime techniques by using this bond between the user's chakra and the quantum particle to form a stronger connection between spacetime itself and the user's chakra.

The final step is the hardest, although also the easiest to understand. This is simply absorbing the potential energy around the user, mostly focusing on potential electrical energy. Doing this requires intense control and a strong affinity for lightning. Once the energy is absorbed, the user must bind it to their chakra, adding a secondary effect of adding some electrical power to any of their non-elemental jutsu, and buffing their electrical jutsu.

This is Kuro's most advanced lightning jutsu, surpassing reconstruction and deconstruction in both idea and usefulness.
