With gaping jaws he'd attempt to snap at the man's small body, speed of 320, with a mouth full of teeth capable of shattering stone. If he'd catch the demon within his jaws he crush the man with 230 strength! Virgil would surely die if caught.

Virgil would be caught in the mouth of the dragon, and the Jaw would come down on him, but it would not crush him, as his health was twenty over exactly, and he was not pierce by any teeth of the dragons, and with how he was positioned, he would Suddenly be Surrounded with swords, eight to be exact, and Virgil would throw them repeatedly and call them back, into the same spot over and over, and as the dragon had no way of crushing him or piercing him while he was in the mouth of the dragon, and he was jammed in the dragon's teeth so swallowing would not work either, the blades each had a sharpness of 280 and with max speed, he was certain they would eventually pierce the brain of this beast, and if so it would most likely kill him, if not then Vergil still had one more thing up his sleeve

Kaito's jaws had came down on Virgil with a stone crushing force, but it did not have the result that Kaito wanted. Somehow, the demon was able to sustain little to no damage! Yes, those massive teeth could penetrate his body in any possible way. The moment he realized that his teeth could not puncture his body, the reaction time of 465, a glow, and some heat, emanated from his throat. From his bowels, a fierce fire erupted with the speed of his chakra stat with a power of 120! It'd be directed towards Virgil, who would have received the crunching force applied to him as well. Now he'd be met by flames the second those blades formed! One could say that this was some sort of combination that Kaito had cone up with at that exact moment. Sheer power applied by his powerful bite and flames that had the power to incinerate upon contact.

(I understand that, but the moment I realized that Virgil's body could not be pierced I would have released you. That'd be the same time you'd activate the swords. You did state that it'd be sudden but even a sudden technique can be avoided. Same way Tobirama's FTG attack was easily avoided by a one eyed Madara. A speed stat could have helped. Besides, I'm pretty sure I'd be able to get it done before creation of the swords and the actual throwing of the swords.)

Between the flame and the Crunching of the teeth would be to much for Virgil to handle, he would give in to the flames welcomeing warmth and the teeths piercing hello, meeting the bitter taste of defeated, and seeing the pale face of death, Kaito would suddenly awaken in the abondend village, the gauntlets laying there next to him

Kaito'd awaken in the abandoned village, where he first encountered the cloaked figure. He appeared to be alone; laying there beside the gauntlets that were being used by the demon. "........" The flash of lightning had lit up the area for a good moment, followed by the thunder crackle. It'd begin raining. Kaito would stand up and grab the gauntlets, walking off into the distance.
