What it does: The user expels chakra from all the Tenketsu points in there body. Then by spinning rapidly they create a powerful barrier capable of deflecting jutsu or weapons and even people. Due to how the jutsu is done anyone or anything within the dome would be pushed away with the force of the jutsu's power. Any jutsu striking the barrier with a lower power than this jutsu's power is turned aside as well.
This technique can be done at different power levels. It can be learned as a C rank for the cost of an A rank. The jutsu can be cast at any rank C B or A but it must be specified in the topic. this jutsu counts as a C a B and an A rank jutsu.
