What it does:The user thrusts out their palm and fires a blast of chakra 5 inches in diameter at the opponent capable of doing internal damage from a distance.  This chakra is not elementally aligned. Can be augmented with E-rank taijutsu abilities slotted for Gentle palm.

Internal damage:  This jutsu is like a huge palm bottom strike from ranged and thus hitting an opponent with it drains their chakra by 1 B-rank. Requires S-rank health to resist.
