 What it does:This is a technique passed down in the Uzumaki Bloodline, because of the Uzumaki Longevity, this technique allows a uzumaki member to pass it on, but at a price, The Uzumaki member is Scarred with a bite mark each time they are bitten, and when they are bitten, they are allowed to bring the almost dead, back to life, and give them 1 A rank of their own Chakra, and this puts a drain on the user

 Backstory:This technique was Created to pass on the gift of the Uzumaki Longevity, but at a cost the users were not first aware of, they were drained of their chakra, and they were left with a Scar of the bite, but the Uzumaki was such a kind clan, that marks on their bodies simply ment they could keep track of how many people they helped with their technique

Looks good so far, just add an appearance.

- Also, in the case that the shinobi suffers a considerable amount of damage (ie. Chest blasted open, stomach cut open, etc.) Would the speed also be an instant for that? I understand if they are mid-level wounds and below. But a high-level wound should require most posts to recover from. In the case of Sasuke and Karin it took time for him to even begin recovering from Killer Bee when he sapped some chakra from her.
