What it does: By having a person bite the user, or by having the user bite himself/herself, the user is able to suck out some of their yang chakra mixed in with their life force or allow others to do so. Because this technique requires a massive reserve of yang chakra as well as an incredibly high life force, only clans such as the senju or uzumaki have access to this technique. Because of the user of pure yang chakra straight from the body, this technique can heal wounds at staggering rate, even to the point of healing mortally wounded victims in seconds. The amount of chakra it takes to perform this technique will vary depending on the wounds of the person. It will cost a D rank amount to heal small wounds such as scratches and light bruises, a C rank amount to heal slightly harsher wounds such as dislocated limbs, or harsh bruising, a B rank amount to heal from wounds that could greatly harm a person such as fractured bones, deep cuts, and mild organ damages, an A rank amount to heal from wounds that are life threatening such as deep impalement, slight organ failure, or deep stab wounds, a S rank amount would be used on those mortally wounded, such amputations of limbs or complete organ failure. Note if this is used against someone who is poisoned this jutsu will be considered and cost two ranks higher than the poison used. Note than this technique is not automatic and the user must willingly transfer their chakra to a person.

Make the poison treated as two ranks higher and I will approve this, simply because poison extraction jutsus are usually far different then just body regeneration/tissue healing.

Why would I place it at SS rank when the rank costs and treatment vary by wounds?

Because it also heals poisons

and the rank for healing the poisons also varies, it would make more sense to have it just remain how it is instead of moving it to SS

In the rank you can have C/B/A/S but for many reasons we do need it's highest rank.
