What it does: the user casts this jutsu on a pocket, bag, box, canister, or similar object. This causes the inside to become bigger than the outside. this is usefull in storing things such as elements for elemental manipulation or multiple items. this creates a seperate demension that exists within the container. Stangely enough this jutsu reacts to sealing jutsus by turning itself inside out and dumping the contents of the container. the pocket demension is then lost.
