What it does: the user casts this jutsu on a pocket, bag, box, canister, or similar object. This causes the inside to become bigger than the outside. this is useful in storing things such as elements for elemental manipulation or multiple items. this creates a separate dimension that exists within the container. Strangely enough this jutsu reacts to unsealing jutsus of D rank or higher by turning itself inside out and dumping the contents of the container. the pocket dimension is then lost.
