Hikari is a slightly tall 5' 6" teen, weighing in at 115lbs, yes in earth weight not moon weight. Like all Otsutsuki, she has stark white skin and a set of 3in horns growing out of her forehead and 6 red magatama circling her neck. She normally wears a simple white kimono with a design of cherry blossom petals scattering through it, with the Rinne symbol on the back.
Personality:
Hikari is a rather kind individual, atypical from your normal stuck up clan heirness. It probably had to do with the fact that she was originally to be the 2nd in line to the throne, but whatever. Anyway she is also a very curious individual, investigating things that she becomes interested in from head to toe untill she is satisfied. She'd be a perfect little sister type, but hey you don't always get to make all the choices in life, do you?
History:
The day she was born, the moon was thrown into chaos. Nobody knows how exactly it happened, but the Bijuu known as the Schichibi no Kabutomushi from 1000 years ago had appeared and was heading straight towards the shrine which held the tomb of Kaguya Otsutsuki. This of course threw the clan into an uproar, and soon it seems from on the earth a spectacular firework show was going on, blasts of fire and water exploding all over the landscape, bringing even more holes to the land as they desperately fending off the advancing bijuu, who was slowly getting closer and closer to the Juubi shrine. Eventual the Clan Head appeared carrying a bundle in his arms, shockingly containing a small newborn child, his second daughter to be exact. With another flash of power later and the bijuu was sealed, it's chakra bound and sealed to the baby and marking her as the jinchuriki of the 7 tails.
A few years later tradgedy once again as Hikaris older sister died, leaving her sole heir to the throne of the Otsutsuki clan. Strangely this never caused her to become arrogant or lazy, as she still helped out at local town arrangements and honestly behaved like a well behaved teen until her fateful day she was called for a mission by her father.
The mission to judge the fate of humanity.
