What it does:
This jutsu is the ultra mega super dope moon drop! THE FUCKING MOON! Alright but no really this jutsu requires the user to use SS rank chakra capacity of which this jutsu takes a 10 turn post process, during this posting process the user can attack and use jutsu as much as they want but they can not exceed another jutsu that hits over A rank because of the power needed for the moon drop. When all is done by the 10th post the moon for 3,000meters in diameter would fall and destroy everything in it's path, that is if you don't have Strength equal to or higher than SS. This jutsu also allows for a area of effect attack as well releasing a blast of debree of all that is destroyed in it's path of a good remaining 30meters with the strength of A which could easily be avoided by the strength of A or higher.
