What it does:
Brink can bear very intense physical pain without his physical or mental abilities being impaired. He fell asleep (or pretended to) while Jason would torture him during the last few days of his torture, and did not even wince when the latter burned him with a cigar. He can also dislodge his joints without seeming to suffer any drawback. A better example is given during his confrontation with Jason, in which he had his body punctured by several things and still managed to make calculations and prepare a strategy for his escape and the inevitable defeat of Jason.
