Fire chains that either wrap around the arms of the user or extend to bind or attack the target.
 

What it does:
After forming the hand signs Snake-Boar-Rabbit-Snake chains consumed by fire will form around the users arm which can be used to block attacks equal to B rank strength and lower for one post without taking damage. If attacks higher than B rank strength attack the block they will break through but attack -1 rank lower than it's original strength unless the attack is S rank strength, this also only applies to ninjutsu and physical attacks.  The chains can also be used to wrap around the target or used as a whip at the speed of B and strength of B inflicting burn damage. The user of this jutsu can only create two chains for each arm first chain is B rank chakra capacity the second is C rank chakra capacity.  The resistance of this jutsu is strength Equal to or higher than B rank.

Backstory:
This jutsu was created as a variant from Spiritual Binding Chains though it applies flames to the spiritual chains to be used as an attack instead of a binding.
