Appearance:
Chains that shoot from the fingertips of the user towards the target.
 

What it does:
This jutsu requires hand signs of which are Horse-Snake-Boar-Rat.  Once this is done the user sends chakra to their finger tips which fire chains at the target.  This jutsu is simply used for binding however because the chains are forged from the user's chakra it can generate elemental natures through them for additional damage.  This jutsu is often used to bind the spiritual beings as well as others to trap to conduct sealing ceremonies and the like.

Rules for this Jutsu:

• D Rank: Speed of chains are D, Strength of chains are D.  Can not generate chakra nature through them.  Require D rank or higher Strength to break through the bindings.  Binding on a user {real person-Target} is one post. Cool down of two posts
  
  
• C Rank: Speed of chains are C, Strength of chains are C.  Additional D rank chakra capacity to generate chakra nature through them at the strength of D.  Require C rank or higher Strength to break through the bindings. Binding on a user {real person-Target} is two post. Cool down of four posts
  
  
• B Rank: Speed of chains are B, Strength of chains are B.  Additional C rank chakra capacity to generate chakra nature through them at the strength of C.  Require B rank or higher Strength to break through the bindings. Binding on a user {real person-Target} is three post. Cool down of six posts
  
  
• A Rank: Speed of chains are A, Strength of chains are A.  Additional B rank chakra capacity to generate chakra nature through them at the strength of B.  Require A rank or higher Strength to break through the bindings. Binding on a user {real person-Target} is four posts. Cool down of eight posts
  
  
• S Rank: Speed of chains are S, Strength of chains are S.  Additional A rank chakra capacity to generate chakra nature through them at the strength of A.  Require S rank or higher Strength to break through the bindings. Backstory:
This jutsu was created to bind targets in chains which don't allow for much escape.  This jutsu was also created to help bind spirits in the spiritual world so that a Shiroyin user could have their familiar.
