What it does: Essentially it now allows the user to manipulate particles in the air, change their ratio, density, but only of those in the area affected by his flaming spirit. This only comes into play when it is activated, and does not have a cost because it is simply an add on.

Bonus Requirements: Roland Ootsutsuki anyone else found trying to manipulate air molecules, chemicals will be sent to unnaproval on registration.
Backstory: Made to help bring Roland up around the levels of other people in his world. An odd term known as bal-ancing or something archaic it seemed. | |
