The user has a single palm with a wind rotation in their palm spinning the opposite way of a wind rotation.
What it does:
This jutsu allows the user to coat their palm in a wind like rotation of grey color which if connected to the target drains oxygen of the user which can render the user under a stun for 2 posts if they don't have Health equal to or higher than B rank. The Palm has to touch the user's face as that is the entry for oxgen. The touch has to be a grab not just a brief touch.
