Appearance:
This jutsu allows the user to extend their tongue as well as creating black like tendrils shooting out of the tongue.


What it does:
This jutsu allows the user to be able to extend their tongue at the length of 40m of which can be used to snare, the speed is at A the strength is at A. One could break out of the hold of the tongue snare if they had strength equal to or higher than A. If they do not break out the tongue generates an aura that saps chakra of B rank capacity to store back into the user chakra capacity. The tongue is also the first part of the jutsu, when the wielder makes a sign with their hand black tendrils the size of 10m shooting out of the tongue. To Avoid chakra absorption the user needs Chakra capacity equal to B rank and to avoid the damage from the spikes user needs health equal to or higher than S.

Backstory:
This jutsu was created by a man named Hizuchi who was determined to make Ouri, the one responsible for the death of his brothers, pay for what happened to him. He starved to death and came back with the obsession of eating. He feasted on his dead siblings, and gained the power to ensnare his enemies in thick tendrils, along with being able to expand his tongue to snag things.
