Enhanced Chakra - Along with the other abilities that come with the Ring of Anarchy, it pours more chakra into his normal supply and instead amplify it creating a more stronger chakra in itself. 1+ power in Fuinjutsu techniques.
Power Resonance -(Passive) The seals inscribed in the ring increases the wearer's health, strength, Chakra and Sealing and Space/Time stats by one ranks.
Molding Chakra Art- This ring allows the user to change the form of their chakra chains into other things. Whips, Kunai Chains, Wrecking Balls, Yoyo's, and pretty much anything that can be rope/wire/chain wise of a weapon, turning far range weapons into a deadly close range. Note: Can only weaponize max of 20 chains at a time, user must describe the weapon and chakra cost for detailed weapon.
Size Chart:
Only changing the ends of the chain with small changes like a kunai, hooks, small balls, spikes ect: D Rank cost.
A more larger change like wrecking balls, daggers, larger spikes, Yoyo's, ect: C-Rank.
Changing the form of the chain itself to a whip, rope, string ect: C-Rank
