Special Abilities:
Dominion - the wielder of this artifact may control any who use rings of power/magic/chakra/etc, not only may he dominate their mind and corrupt them to do his bidding but he may also use the powers of those rings themselves. Due to this, the ring itself has developed a sentience and will seek to corrupt any who wear it to do their users bidding, due to the unique nature of this item there is no stat to resist it's effects completely. However is someone has a higher willpower than the user, they will notice the corruption and know they have three posts to remove their ring or fall under it's sway. If they come into the possession of the ring itself, then after the three posts they become bound to it becoming the new master of the ring but carry on the same mission as the previous owner. Anyone who picks up the ring with a willpower lower than the user will gain access to Roland's Phaltering ability with the exception that their molecules do not deflect light(our world's still will so they are not blind to this realm).(User being someone who has a higher willpower than the one previously considered user).
Power Resonance - The seals inscribed in the ring increases the wearer's health, strength, mental sharpness and Sealing and Space/Time stats by two ranks. It also add's a B rank in Chakra Capacity as a battery of sorts. This is restored every topic, and cannot be restored in any other way. This has a post limit of ten, a cool down of fifteen and costs an A rank amount of chakra to initiate(of the user's own), and a C rank for each post after.
Direct Corruption - This ability may only be used if the target is within the line of sight of the wielder, once the target saw the wielder the ring would convert the image of the wielder into something that brought forth the utter depths of fear into the target. Unless the target has a willpower equal to or higher than the ring's health, they will fall prone to the ground and seizure for five posts in utter fear. This cost an SS ranks worth of chakra.

Character Specific: Those with high enough willpower
Bonus Requirements: Baseline before ANY buffs, willpower of S or above.

Mk you did very well with the conversion of this cept for one thing, The Power Resonance, you forgot to mention if the "Battery" is Reusable, Rechargable, ect ect, what it takes to Recharge and what not
