What it does:
Kaigen is able to use Chakra chains much differently than other Uzumaki, unlike other Uzumaki's who are restricted by chakra stat, Kaigen once impaled his target can immediately disrupt their chakra with 1 ranks of Chakra Capacity.
Example: If someone had SS rank chakra, Kaigen would only need S-Rank chakra to disrupt.

| I can't give you this with no limits man. I can make it need 2 ranks lower than normal. So say if someone has SS rank chakra capacity, you would only need A rank chakra capacity to disrupt their chakra. How's that work for you | |
