Appearance:

What it does: Allows the user to form chakra around their hands, and sharpen it along the edges. Although normally used for surgery, it can be used in battle, being sharp enough to inflict normal wounds as if it was a blade. The chakra also forms a barrier around ones hand allowing them to use their hand for protection, and even clash with blades. The chakra scalpels form at the speed of the rank known and have a sharpness equal to the rank known. You can only have Chakra Scalpel at one rank at a time and have to train the difference in rank to advance it. This means if you have C rank Chakra Scalpel and want to advance it to B rank you only need to train it for 500 words to do so. You do not have to learn a lower rank of this jutsu before a higher one, meaning you can learn A rank chakra scalpel without learning C rank chakra scalpel.
