What it does: Once placed on a surface, the Chakra Negation Seal emits a field that spans out 200m. Anything in this field will not be able to utilize Chakra in any way, not even the user. Having been created using the user's own chakra, it will be able to run on that reserve it has and will not be affected by its own field. It can be destroyed to end the effect it has. But it can be difficult, for when the seal is placed on ground it can sink into it, hence the Earth element association. The seal sinks 5m into the ground. (Only applies to Earth surfaces) Sinks prior to the field being generated.

Field travels at SS-Rank Speed and has SS-Rank Health. SS-Rank charge. SS-Rank Chakra Capacity to avoid effect.

Note: Any other source of chakra present will be effected as well and must meet requirements to avoid being effected. The seal itself holds an SS-Rank Chakra Capacity and uses S-Rank every post to keep the effect active.

Okay so the seal is much smaller, hrm. You say it sinks into the ground as well, which if it was large would not be too big a problem. I mean on the ground you can easily hide something the size of your palm anyways so I am at an impass until I know more about how far it sinks and if it would be covered by your chakra since the dome is formed or if it would be a beacon of chakra.

yeah it also needs an actual duration there is no way in hell an SS rank can be active during a whole topic without taking an extreme ammount of chakra capacity so that needs to be fixed as well

Expanding on that, due to how this works it should cost like 3 SS to activate.

It's an SS-Rank technique but it wouldn't have SS-Rank Chakra Capacity. Not even I have SS-Rank Chakra Capacity.

Okay well Roland and I agree you need 3SS chakra to activate it or 1 SS ranked chakra with S rank chakra to keep active.
