Letter to the Kazekage

A jet black crow would appear outside the window of the Kazekage chambers. This particular crow had a strange set of eyes, sharingan eyes. It was Kirito's personal crow, one that he sent to deliver personal or important messages. Today, the crow had a letter tied to its leg addressed to the Kazekage of the Sand form Kirito himself. The crow would tap three times on the window with it's beak and wait to be let in.

Kikato Heard the crow knock on the window and he would notice the eyes as well as the letter tied to its leg, he would walk over to the window and open it, taking the crow upon his arm, and walking over to his desk, setting the crow down on the desk while he took the note off its leg and reads what the note had to say

Karasu would stand on the Kazekage's desk with its head cocked to the side, one eye looking up at Kikato as he read the letter.

Lord Kazekage,
It's been some time since we last talked. I wish I could say this letter was one wholly of good news and other events but it is not. News has reached me in Konoha of the Tsuchikage Hikari Ootsutsuki's death as well as an untimely take over of Umi, renaming the city Kirigakure. The former Mizukage was able to flee to safety with her knights and one of my own villagers. We must discuss actions to be taken before the situations in the lands of Water and Earth get out of hand. I request that you please come to Konoha so that we may discuss these matters in person as soon as possible. You may bring two escorts along with you if you wish. Please send me your reply as soon as possible.

p.s. The crow that brought this letter is named Karasu. He is my personal pet and an extremely reliable animal. He has a unique gift as you may have already seen. In his eyes Karasu possesses two sharingan of the Uchiha clan. I give Karasu to you as a gift in hopes of our prolongued partnership.

Kikato would send Karasu back with a Note to Kirito simply requesting to meet at his boarders. mostly because Kikato did not have time to deal with the Pleasntries of another village, he had stuff he had to do here as well, this way neither kage had to go all the way to anothers village, and it was rather neutral ground, meanwhile Kikato sent ANBU operatives to both Roland and Brink, letting them know to be ready to travel, also in the note to Kirito would be thanking him for Karasu and asking him to bring it along with him as to identify the meeting spot

Kirito got the response from the Kazekage, with Karasu bringing it which he found odd. That is, until he opened the reply. Kikato had requested to meet at the borders of Fire Country and to bring Karasu. That was perfectly acceptable. The time was set for 3 days from now at noon. Kirito put the letter aside and began his preparations for the meeting. All was set.
