What it does: Allows the user to apply normal weaponry skills and jutsu to weapons other than the type specified. For example, if some shiftless person makes a jutsu that’s a powered-up slash with a straight sword, the user is able to perform it with a baseball bat, or an executioner's axe. Things like clubs in this example don’t get a sharpness buff (because clubs don’t have sharpness?), so common sense still applies with this skill.

Backstory: Kozai also trained with spears, only to realize that they were just swords with longer hilts and shorter blades. He came to realize this about a lot of weapons, so he put his mind to being able to use all of them in various ways.
