What it does: Puppet Mastery allows a Puppet User who has mastered the arts of puppetry to use more puppets than normal. This halves the number of chakra threads required to manipulate a puppet, rounded down. For example, an S rank puppet normally requiring 10 chakra threads can be manipulated by 5 threads instead while an A rank which normally requires 5 threads to be manipulated will only require 2 threads to use. A maximum of 10 puppets may be manipulated at once.
