What it does: The user attacks an object with his/her sword, slashing or thrusting etc. Seiryuu teleports this attack through a single object (including the ground), and the force of the attack is sent from the receiving surface. So if Kozai slashes a wall, he can use this technique to teleport his slash through the wall to slash a dumpster touching the same wall. This must be done with a sword, and can only teleport as far as the jutsu’s range. This jutsu’s chakra cost is equal to the rank of the attack + 1 rank.
